The founder, Ana Valdivia, brings a rare blend of expertise to the table. She has been practicing in the accounting profession for over twenty years, working for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and non-profit organizations in various roles including: internal auditor, tax preparer, financial analyst, assistant controller, and controller. For over ten years, Ana has taught a number of different courses in accounting and taxation in the Los Angeles Community College District.
Ana is a double graduate of Loyola Marymount University where she earned both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting as well as her Master’s in Business Administration. She has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California for over fifteen years.
Over the years, the work that Ana has enjoyed the most is when she has been able to add or create the necessary structures to run an efficient financial operation which ultimately not only eliminates waste and/or redundancies, but also bring increased accuracy and integrity to her clients' financials.
